Your logo should be designed with purpose in order to make a connection. When people see your logo, they need to instantly feel a certain way…ask yourself, what is that feeling?
On the surface, logos are typically graphic, or a graphical typeface, or a combination of both…but the decision should not be arbitrary, it should be done with purpose to instantly define who you are…because it’s the beginning of a relationship.
Now, developing your brand will be the biggest task you will own in your career. I choose the word “own” because it encompasses everything you do, your employees do, your vendors, clients, people who pass by, wander in & out, locally and internationally.
It is the world and the values you are creating and living…and how people perceive it.
Think of the word brand. From your logo, to your product, your company, and the whole experience…you are “branding” someone’s brain…and just like everything we see for this first time, that first brand (impression) does indeed count. Fortunately, the second, third, fourth, and so on, can be coddled and developed.
Your developing a relationship. Your developing your brand…the world you want your clients to live in…everyday.
People want to see your passion, your vision…and they experience that with your actions.
